            If you are interested , download  and fill out the application from here and bring it down to FedEx Ground  terminal which is located at:  

                                                               3410 S 51 th Ave
                                                               Phoenix , Az , 85043

                             ( It is just south of Lower Buckeye to your right going south on 51 th ave)
